Barz Terms & Conditions — clear guidelines covering everything from accounts to betting

Barz is an online Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Barz and its members.

By using the Barz platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using the platform.

Barz reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The following conditions must be met to open an account and place bets on Barz:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Accurate and complete personal information must be provided
• Each person may operate only one account
• All transactions must be made in your own name using your own payment method
• Barz employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets

If any information provided at registration is found to be false or inaccurate, Barz reserves the right to close the account at any time and the balance may be forfeited. A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for KYC verification.

Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing account access with anyone else is not permitted.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on barz:

• Your account must have sufficient balance before placing a bet
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• Pre-match bets can be placed before an event begins, and live bets can be placed while the event is in progress
• Barz reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors
• Barz reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting patterns detected on the platform

Betting based on match-fixing or insider knowledge of a match is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant bets and winnings will be voided and the account will be closed.

All bonuses and promotional offers on barz are subject to specific terms and conditions. The general rules governing bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus offer comes with its own wagering requirement
• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance
• Each bonus has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires
• Only one bonus may be active at a time (Daily Cashback excluded)
• Only sports bets count toward bonus wagering requirements, unless otherwise stated

Barz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus program abuse is detected, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Barz:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 (may vary by VIP level)
• At least one bet equal to the deposit amount must be placed before making a withdrawal
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made through registered payment methods only
• Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited
• KYC documents may be requested in the case of suspicious transactions

Barz typically processes withdrawals within 1–24 hours. However, KYC verification or special circumstances may extend this timeframe. Barz is not liable for delays caused by technical issues or banking and mobile banking service providers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the barz platform:

• Creating or managing multiple accounts
• Coordinated betting with the intent to abuse bonuses
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account
• Attempting to hack or carry out any cyberattack on Barz systems
• Using third-party payment methods or another person's card
• Registering with false or misleading information

If any such activity is detected, Barz reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action where necessary.

Barz may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• In Case of Terms Violations
• In Case of KYC Verification Failure
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months)
• At the member's own request
• In Case of a Self-Exclusion Request

Members may request to close their account at any time. Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) in the account at the time of the request can be withdrawn; however, any bonus balance with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited.

Barz believes betting is entertainment — not an addiction. That's why responsible betting is our top priority.

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Betting limit setting
• Temporary cooling-off period (1 day to 6 months)
• Permanent Self-Exclusion
